Therapeutyque Counseling Solutions provides psychotherapy to adults in individual and group sessions. Each service fee is determined by the type and length of service. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card or debit card exclusively and payment is expected at the start of service delivery. See our in-network insurers and self-pay fees below.

Using health insurance for services can be beneficial to most, because it reduces out of pocket fees while ensuring access to services. Access may be limited to preferred, in-network or out-of-network providers depending on the type of plan.

Self-pay rates are:
$225 First session
$185 each individual session up to 60 minutes
$75 each group session, max 8 members
$425 Safe and Sound Protocol (Polyvagal Sound Therapy)
$150 yoga therapy session individual (up to 45 min)
$95 minute yoga therapy session group
