A trauma-based approach to yoga addressing the unique needs of trauma survivors and those affected by mental and emotional issues.

 

Yoga Therapy combines trauma informed practices with specific yoga tools: asana the physical practice of yoga, pranayama the practice of harnessing and controlling energy through breathwork, dhyana or meditation, and savasana or rest. (Some tools may be limited by the accessibility of virtual meeting spaces.)
